Honeymoon Part 2: Nice by film

Steff and I had our second stop of our europe trip in Nice, France. Nice is very far South and very close to Italy. What a beautiful place - it almost looks tropical there. We had some amazing food, and spent a lot of time with Steff's 96 year old grandmother - Dou-Dou. Dou-Dou picked us up in her '87 automobile which hummed around Nice. She brought us everywhere. One day we borrowed her car and took an adventure through Gourdon - a beautiful old town with quite a walk to the top.

The Nice Airport has a beautiful vast ceiling.

The Amazing Dou-dou, driving us around.

When in France, the best meals are those you make yourself. Bread, cheese, 5 euro wine, and water.

Different generations... but family.

Honeymoon Part 3: Paris by Film

For our honeymoon, Steff and I went on a two-week long Euro-Trip. We visited lots of family, and some beautiful places. Here's our last stop in Paris. It was so cold while we were there that we had to buy gloves, hats, and a ton of warm sweaters. Thank you H&M.

A must...

We stayed in a very small flat on the 5th floor. We were exhausted daily - but what a great view.

Your travel kit will always differ depending on where you go. Europe always seems to look the same.

When you're traveling in a foreign country, always sit on a bench in the park. Watch the world go by. It will help you feel at home.

We walked about 12 miles on our last full day - this photo is very nostalgic.
